Hotel Costa Calero’s main objective is to satisfy our guests’ expectations.

Therefore, the Customer Service Department will help them receive the best personalised treatment and will be at our guests’ disposal for any suggestion regarding the stay, during such period or afterwards. The Customer Service, along with the reception staff, will inform our guests about the most important places on the island. The department will provide the following services:

  1. Arrangement of nautical services in Puerto Calero
  2. Information about medical services and assistance
  3. Flowers orders
  4. Public buses schedules. Flights and ships to Fuerteventura and La Graciosa
  5. Tickets reservation for events outside the hotel, such as theatre and shows.
  6. Information about religious services
  7. Arrangement of babysitting (according to availability)
  8. Special diets arrangements
  9. Equipment for differently abled people (ramps, bath lifts, wheelchairs, crutches, etc.

And any arrangement our guests may need during their holidays will be ordered by our Customer Service, so that our guests can receive a personalised service and enjoy their whole stay at our hotel.
